The PMQ is a knowledge-based qualification that allows candidates to develop a practical understanding of all elements of project management. Developed by the Associate of Project Managers (APM) and based on the APM Body of Knowledge, the PMQ offers comprehensive tools, techniques and insight which can be applied in projects regardless of an organization’s background or industry.
Throughout the course, students will be able to reinforce their knowledge by revisiting modules and taking part in practice exams. Once complete, students can request FREE exam vouchers for the official APM Project Management Qualification (PMQ) examination.
The demand for skilled and experienced project managers is at an all-time high. The ability to manage resources and achieve short-term goals while working within tight constraints requires a well-developed understanding not only of what goes into successful projects, but also how the different elements interact from start to finish.
Project management can be a complicated subject, and many project management certifications reflect this fact with needlessly impenetrable language. This can make it difficult for less experienced managers to fully benefit from project management training.
The course syllabus covers the key knowledge areas from the APM Body of Knowledge. Students will gain an intricate understanding of the value and interconnected nature of the various elements of project management.
The advantage of the APM Project Management Qualification is that it goes into comprehensive detail on the key concepts, tools and techniques of project management without the need for unnecessary jargon. By the end of this course, candidates will be able to demonstrate an understanding of all the elements covered in the APM Body of Knowledge, equipping them to make valuable contributions to project teams. The course will also fully-prepare students to sit the Project Management Qualification (PMQ) examination.
The APM Project Management Qualification (PMQ) online course on this page is offered by ILX Group, an accredited provider of the APM.
