PRINCE2 Agile combines the flexibility and responsiveness of agile with the clearly-defined framework of PRINCE2®. Created for those organisations and individuals who use PRINCE2, but recognise the benefits of applying agile methods, it provides guidance on how to practically apply both PRINCE2 and agile; thus, reducing conflict so that you can benefit from the best of both worlds.
This PRINCE2 Agile Foundation & Practitioner course offers an excellent fast track for students who want to become certified in a highly recognized and valued project management standard.
This course will explore the basics of PRINCE2 and Agile, as well as the reasons for combining the two frameworks. Students will then go into detail about how to adapt and the apply the frameworks in practice for projects ranging in size, scope, industry, location and more. This course provides everything students need to become certified PRINCE2 Agile practitioners, enabling them to take on support, advisory and management roles in project teams. The course consists of the following modules:

Exams / Assessments
This course is designed to fully prepare students to sit the PRINCE2 Agile Foundation and Practitioner examinations.
There is no prerequisite for taking this course. However, in order to be eligible for the PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner examination, students must earn a PRINCE2 Foundation certification (or Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or IPMA Level A, B, C or D).
The course comes complete with mock exams to help students prepare for the real thing. Once you are ready to sit the exam, please contact the Good e-Learning Support Team to request a FREE exam voucher. You will be able to receive one per-exam.
You can take your exam online (virtually) at any time using the service provided by PeopleCert. You are advised to take this online test to ensure that your microphone, webcam and internet connection are suitable for PeopleCert online exams.

- Candidates will have one hour (60 minutes) to complete the exam

- Candidates will have two and a half hours (150 minutes) to complete the exam
