Service Desk Institute Assessment – Accredited SDI Auditor is conducting an audit of your IT support according to 60 support center standards finishing in a detailed report on the readiness of the organization for the Audit and certification. Report will also point out the areas where improvement is possible as well as potential risks.
The assessment will give you an objective image of your IT support stranghts and weaknesses and specifically point out areas for improvement.

Service Desk Institute Audit – Accredited SDI Auditor is conducting an audit of your IT support according to 60 support center standards finishing in a detailed official report and a final score. If necesery chriteria is satisfied, organization will be granted an internationally recognised certificate in quality issued by Service Desk Institute. In the alternative, auditor will provide organization with the specific corective actions to be taken in the period of 6 months. Provided the measures are met in agreed period, certificate will be issued at that time.
